MENTORSHIP DECREE

Here is what we feel we need to put down in words to cement the basis for our working relationship together. If you have any concerns at all about making this commitment, we would be happy to discuss this with you.

We will …

• Hold you to take 100% responsibility for the creating of your life and business results.
• Provide you with 10 mentoring sessions to awaken your most profound aligned connection and leadership.
• Send you links where you can access video content, lessons, knowledge, templates, as deemed necessary in order for you to gain advanced business strategies and training. Mentoring within sessions may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, strategizing, asking clarifying questions, providing models, examples and in-the-moment skills training
• Provide you with unique content which is presented in a format, which is flexible to work with direct to your needs.

We will …

• Make recommendations to you for additional services and platforms that you will need to create and work with in order to achieve your business goals.
• Make recommendations to you regarding outsourced resources you may need in order to present your business in a more professional manner.
• Hold you to awaken your highest potential and highest level of leadership.
• Mentor you within sessions, to establish and accelerate your connection with working with the divine. So you can get into the world your unique wisdom and ability to serve so you can create more clients, that appreciate you and financially enrich your business.
• Hold you in a place of love and respect, as well as holding you to deliver on the required work to make the changes to your business, life and energy field.
• Not let you off! Because if we let you off, we are letting you down on what you need to own and deliver on.
• Hold you to walk through the uncomfortable and hold you always to your truth and true power.
• Apologise and give you advanced notice if we cannot deliver and we will do my best to make it right for you.

You must …

• Do the work and be 100% committed and present to your decree to do what it takes to sustain and grow your unique and deepest connection and divine leadership. This is of the utmost importance.
• Keep your commitment for the duration of the relationship or programme you are committing to.
• Pay your programme fees on time and in full as agreed and requested.
• Be willing to walk through the uncomfortable and confronting within and outside of you. This is true spiritual growth. We are going to be shaping your life, your business, your relationships and your energy into new levels of power. You need to be ready and prepared to make the changes that may seem impossible, not knowing where it all leads.
• You must 100% trust us to help you through this process, We know the way and we know the way that works if you stick to the lessons and we will give you the tools you need to be able to make this a reality.  
• You must make a 100% commitment to yourself to trust yourself to stay grounded and committed to delivering your side of the work as well as committing to deliver on the work you are given to complete and achieve.

You must …

• Show up to all of your mentorship sessions on the group call, if you miss a session it is recorded and sent to you anyway.
• Respect the relationship and give advanced notice of an inability to attend and provide a justified reason for your inability to attend.
• Do all the internal and external work suggested and necessary to evolve you, to do the work you are here to do.
• Not give excuses as to why you didn’t complete some part of the work you needed to do.
• Respect the intellectual content you are given and not distribute it or resell it. You are allowed to use it as a framework for creating your own content.
• Respect the IP address and not pass on content or information or passwords if provided to other family members or friends.

We request …

• That if you know of someone who might benefit from the work that we do, that you pass on the contact to them if you feel they would enjoy or benefit from working with someone who has my depth of knowledge and leadership.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Your mentorship will include 10 training sessions, as well as course content and deliverables in the following areas;

1) BUSINESS IDENTITY – Will guide you to create your brand pallet & architecture identity, so you can outsource your graphically designed brand identity. During the full programme you will be provided with information about additional applications you will need to be self-sufficient, software essentials and cheap outsourcing contacts you will need in for your business.

2) BASIC PLATFORM TRAINING - Will teach you how to create your own website, on a platform that is simple and super easy to use, so as you grow you can modify your online business yourself.

3) ABOUT YOU & THE AVATAR PAINBODY - Will teach you how to access worded content around what you can offer people and how to create unlimited content that really talks to your audience.

4) BUSINESS TOOLKIT - Will teach you and get you to establish the business establishment fundamentals you will need for your business. This will cover essential information about Client Disclaimers, Creating Profiles, Insurances, Policy's, Terms and Conditions, Contracts and Agreements.

5) WEBSITE BUSINESS TRADING TERMS – Will teach and provide you with a variety of trading terms and conditions adaptable to your specific business needs, as well as train you in how to create, record, edit and produce meditations for your site without costly outsourcing.

6) BUSINESS FINANCIALS – Will teach and provide you with a suite of business financial tools and information for running and managing your cloud accounting business online.

7) CIP’S & CTA’S – Will teach you the correct formula for creating call in posts and call to action posts that definitively target your clients.

8) ONBOARDING, LEAD MAGNETS & MARKETING – Will teach and provide you with onboarding templates for different types of spiritual services, lead   magnets and extensive content on the principals of marketing to apply directly to your business.

9) SEO & AD’S – Will teach about SEO, keyword optimisation, website hacks and the creation of specifically targeted google & insta (facebook) ad’s.

10) VIDEO – Will teach you how to edit videos or create your own commercial videos on sophisticated video editing software, so you can achieve full creative self-sufficiency. You will be coached to create video content and call out posts that effectively funnel, the right type of clients to you.

• In signing this agreement, you as the client understand that, Louise Winchester as the Mentor is not an agent, publicist, accountant, financial planner, lawyer, therapist or any other licenced professional or medical professional or other licensed or registered professional other than stated.
• Mentoring, which is not directive advice, counselling, or therapy may address overall goals, business strategy, specific projects or general conditions needed for the client’s life or profession.
• Mentoring services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, strategizing, asking clarifying questions, providing models or examples and in-the-moment skills training.
• You as the client should understand that you might have additional (external to the programme) financial outlay or have to seek independent legal advice for your business, depending on the full extent of your business setup needs. (For example, website monthly hosting fees, graphic designer, materials costs, booking fees, merchant terminal plug-in’s, apps etc).
• Louise Winchester as your Mentor promise that all information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
